How will you comply to ADR38/05? (Trailer Brake Systems)

The revised ADR38/04 came into force on July 1st, 2014 (January 1st, 2015 for existing make/model ADR approvals).

This requires all new trailers to have either load proportioned braking (‘LSV’ load sensing valves) or anti-lock (‘ABS’ or ‘TEBS’). ADR38/05 is now here! mandatory stability control (‘TEBS’) on all new trailers.

If you have any questions or need assistance with your trailer brake system, please contact Midland today on 1300 301 570 or sales@midlandind.com.au
